Playing around with one light is fun, specially, when the background has rich texture. In this shot the weather was not cooperating. The temperature drop significantly, two days prior to this photo shoot, I visited this particular beach and it was hot, when I ran the first test shoot with another model. During the day of the actual shoot it felt like, I was in the twilight zone. Cold, foggy and with a hint of a drizzle, so I was forced think on my toes, compose the shot, read off from my assistant of the light values, adjust the camera and take the shot.
The model, Erin took it like a champ and with my assistant who knows this key in lighting did a wonderful assist in getting the light in the right spot for me to capture the image. ONE Light, ONE shot.
