When I was in Florida, my friend James Burkart (www.burkartvideo.com) stated that prostitution in the Philippines was legal, I defended it to be illegal, but then, I minus will stand corrected for all is gloomy ahead.

The National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) has a huge poster and it says "We are against (Child) Prostitution. Report any "Prostitution activities" ARE YOU KIDDING ME? It is under your nose!!!!!!!
